RELIEVED workers at Mossmorran could soon go to the toilet without fear of explosions.
A planning application has been submitted by Shell to build a blast-proof toilet block at the Fife Ethylene Plant.
The block will contain four toilets if the plans are approved by Fife Council.
The external walls and roof will be built with corrugated grey steel sheets.
It will be positioned within walking distance of the control room and emergency response garage at the site operated by ExxonMobil.
