Emergency exercise to be held at Mossmorran – Auto Republish

A PLANNED ‘live play’ emergency exercise is taking place at Mossmorran tomorrow (Tuesday).

ExxonMobil Chemical Limited and Shell UK Limited say the event has been planned to allow them to test what to do in the event of a real emergency and is an “important part” of being prepared.

The drill is due to be happening from 10am and is expected to last around three hours.

Fire tenders from the Scottish Fire and Rescue will be on the scene along with Police Scotland vehicles and they may be visible along the North Access Road to the side or at the main entrance.
