A VEHICLE ‘demolished’ a telephone pole on a well-used Fife road yesterday (Friday).

Fife Road Policing Unit attended the scene of the single-car smash on the B925, past Mossmorran.

A photo shows the silver vehicle ended up on its side, with the front of the car badly damaged and the front window removed.

Officers said that the driver was reported to the Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service for careless driving and for having no insurance.

There were, “fortunately no serious injuries considering the car demolished a telephone pole when it struck it,” officers commented.
