About your new role
As a key part of a small but busy Public & Government Affairs department you will be responsible for:

• Leading the company’s community contributions programme, engaging with local charities
• Identify, develop and deliver communications to improve insight and understanding
• Developing social media and web channel presence
• Writing copy for deployment across a range of digital and print channels
• Liaising with the media team to identify local communication opportunities and development of news releases
• Coordinating development of photographic and video collateral

Skills/experience required

• Communications and engagement experience (3-5 years)
• Experience of engaging with community representatives and charities
• Ability to analyse and communicate technical information to non-technical audiences
• Experience of digital communications and web content management systems

Additional Information

• This is a full-time temporary role until May 2023
