An excellent opportunity for an Experienced Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to join a well-established Multi Discipline Contractors based in Milnathort.
About the Company:
Established since 1975, the company has carried out building work for major Scottish house-builders, agricultural, food industry and NHS clients. The civil engineering arm experienced a vibrant period of growth in the utilities sector at Mossmorran following the petro-chemical boom in Scotland.
Multi discipline contractor requires an experienced estimator/quantity surveyor to join their established commercial team.
The successful applicant must be experienced and versatile with the capability to see a contract through from tender stage to commercial completion.
In addition, you must be Fully experienced in all aspects of General Commercial Construction elements, including Commercial / Domestic New Builds, Commercial Refurbishment Works, Minor Civils Work and will have knowledge of M+E Installations as part of a wider construction tender package.
Must be fully conversant with all modern construction contracts including ICE and SBCC.
