Delegates will join politicians at the Carnegie Conference Centre in Dunfermline as the party marks three years in government with the SNP led Scottish Government.
Ryan Blackadder of the Fife Branch of the Scottish Green Party said: “I am delighted that our conference is coming to Dunfermline, allowing us to showcase our newly certified city. We can be a prime example of what future cities look like putting people and planet first. Fife Council should be focused on promoting Dunfermline and encouraging visitors to our city centre, our plentiful parks as well as our surrounding beaches and woodlands.”
Across the weekend delegates will debate topics such as the conflict in Gaza, funding for Local Government and the worsening impact of climate change.

Mark Ruskell MSP for Mid Scotland and Fife said: “As the Green MSP for the region, it’s great to be able to share with our members the impact Greens in Government are having for the region. From delivering over six million free bus journeys in Fife alone for our young people, to investing £1.25m in restoring Fife’s unique nature habitats, and joining workers at Mossmorran to plan for a just transition at the plant, Greens are leading the way.”
